  • Mid Century Omega Electro-Mechanical Rocket Clock Mid Century Omega Electro-Mechanical Rocket Clock
An iconic Mid Century Electro-Mechanical desk clock, Rocket Line No. 5556 This is a very stylish desk clock that encapsulates the 1960s fascination with the futuristic space age and everything ultra-modern in design. In a pre-quartz watch world where all watch houses were in the race to create a watch and clock that didn’t require winding, Omega produced their Rocket Line series of table clocks from 1963 to the early 1970s when quartz clocks and watches took over. The Omega calibre 095 movement employs a remontoire rewinding system where the mechanical clock has a short mainspring which is automatically and regularly rewound. This gives a more uniform power source to the mechanism and therefore better timekeeping capabilities.  The clock has the original gold painted finish to the elongated cone case, marked ‘5556’ to the base, with grained champagne dial and applied baton hour markers. The date is square to the VI and signed ‘Omega’, it has a rear-set electrically wound mechanical calibre 095 15 jewel movement with Swiss lever escapement to the plain balance. The Omega Rocket Line Clock is a vintage timepiece that captures the futuristic design aesthetic of the 1960s. Its precise timekeeping and unique design make it a sought-after collectible and a stunning addition to any retro-inspired or mid-century modern space.

Omega manual wind Calibre 861 movement. This is a very original and fine example of a fast appreciating vintage classic that is becoming highly sought after. This streamlined Speedmaster Mark II signalled the first redesign of Omega's popular chronograph. Created in 1969, it extended the Speedmaster line with a brand new look and was available in stainless steel, 18K gold, or gold-capped versions with various dial and timing scale combinations. The MARK II, with its tonneau shaped case and enhanced readability, was also the first Speedmaster that did not use hesalite crystal. The tonneau-shaped case represents the late 1960s and early 1970s perfectly. It was a much more modern design than the classic Speedmaster Professional.  An Omega winding crown and chronograph pushers for stop, start and reset. Flat mineral glass with rear-printed tachymeter. • Vintage Omega Speedmaster Professional Mark III Vintage Omega Speedmaster Professional Mark III
Vintage Omega Speedmaster MK III, Model Ref. 176.002. Omega automatic winding Calibre 1040 movement. This is a very original and fine example of a fast appreciating vintage classic that is becoming highly sought after, representing an era of Speedmaster from the 1970's when watch designs became bolder and fiercer. The case is massive in size and weight, which serves not only a technical purpose toward durability, but adds presence on your wrist. The steeper angles make it resemble a volcano and it's tricky to fit it under a sleeve. That's no big issue though as this is a watch you want to be on view. This was the first Speedmaster model to have a self-winding movement plus a date as well. This watch will definitely make you stand out from the crowd.
