Vintage Omega Speedmaster MK III, Model Ref. 176.002. Omega automatic winding Calibre 1040 movement.
This is a very original and fine example of a fast appreciating vintage classic that is becoming highly sought after, representing an era of Speedmaster from the 1970’s when watch designs became bolder and fiercer. The case is massive in size and weight, which serves not only a technical purpose toward durability, but adds presence on your wrist. The steeper angles make it resemble a volcano and it’s tricky to fit it under a sleeve. That’s no big issue though as this is a watch you want to be on view.
This was the first Speedmaster model to have a self-winding movement plus a date as well. This watch will definitely make you stand out from the crowd.
