A beautiful mid century nickel plated eight day timepiece mantel clock, model 355

Made by Jaeger LeCoultre, La Chaux-de-Fons, Switzerland.


The finely engineered rectangular nickel-plated frame case is raised on raised square feet stamped ‘355’ to the underside. The gilded rectangular dart chapters and highly refined skeletonised and fully jeweled baguette movement with batton hands are suspended, as if floating, between two plates of clear Lucite, the front panel signed ‘Jaeger LeCoultre’

CONDITON: 		The case is in excellent general condition with only age related minor marks and surface scratches. The floating chapters and hands are in excellent condition. The movement has been fully cleaned and overhauled. It is beautifully made and running well and will keep within +/- 5 minutes per week.
