Beautiful Cartier Style ladies watch

I have used The Clock Clinic previously before moving away from the area. I required a replacement clock face for a family heirloom and initially sought help from a shop in Surrey which turned out to be extremely unhelpful, dismissive and rude. I called the Clock Clinic, and Elly could not have been more helpful!  Elly spent time researching our problem, found another solution which was spot on for us, but did not result in a "sale" for them. Real "above and beyond" service, absolutely brilliant.  Highly recommend.

Highly professional and courteous service from the Clock Clinic.  Serviced one Baume & Mercier watch in a timely manner, replacing a used strap with a good-looking replacement. Repaired another (when others couldn't) and got it working without any attempt to "up-sell" services.  Much appreciated, I would recommend Alastair, Hilary and the team.

Best watch experts in London. I took my Emporio Armani watch to get the screen repaired to multiple watch shops and they were unable to have it fixed. I even sent it back to the manufacturer and they were unable to repair it. I brought it into the Clock Clinic and they were able to repair the watch in a timely manner for a great price.
