Good friendly staff. Mantle clock in for repair ( 89 years old)..  28/05. not worked correctly for 76 years. update, clock repaired. collected 29/09/21. still working.06/10. Worth it for the sentimental value!

I have used The Clock Clinic previously before moving away from the area. I required a replacement clock face for a family heirloom and initially sought help from a shop in Surrey which turned out to be extremely unhelpful, dismissive and rude. I called the Clock Clinic, and Elly could not have been more helpful!  Elly spent time researching our problem, found another solution which was spot on for us, but did not result in a "sale" for them. Real "above and beyond" service, absolutely brilliant.  Highly recommend.

What a brilliant team. I arrived expecting to wait several weeks to have the team sort out my wall chiming clock - but they managed to resolve the problem whilst I waited. Such a lovely team, and will definitely use them for all my clock and watch servicing.
